United Society works hard to make car donations easy. A big part of simplifying charitable car donations is simplifying the process as a whole. To do that, we provide our potential donors with this simple form. It takes only a minute to complete and yet gives us all the information necessary to start the auto donations evaluations. After all, you're already making a car donation to charity - why should you have to donate your time too?

This form allows us to separate different car donations quickly. For example, while we are happy to accept non-running car donations, it is unlikely that they will qualify as reliable transportation for the disadvantaged families that we serve, and making the auto donations we receive count as quickly as possible is our first priority.
